Job Description:Job Responsibilities- Lead R&D of core 3D point cloud algorithms, including design and implementation of point cloud preprocessing, segmentation, feature extraction, and 3D reconstruction modules.
- Develop real-time computer vision algorithms for video/image tasks: model design, training, hyperparameter tuning, pruning/quantization, and inference performance optimization.
- Build medical data processing pipelines, including data cleaning, statistical analysis, and visualization.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams to drive stable algorithm deployment in medical scenarios.
- Produce standardized deliverables under the Quality Management System (QMS), such as algorithm design documents, validation reports, and risk assessments.
Qualifications- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, Pattern Recognition, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in computer vision and 3D point cloud R&D, with end-to-end experience from data preparation and model training to deployment.
- Proficient in PyTorch or TensorFlow; experienced in model training/tuning, loss design, model compression (pruning/quantization), and real-time inference optimization.
- Strong practical experience in 3D point cloud processing; proficient with open3D or equivalent tools for point cloud processing, registration, and reconstruction.
- Excellent data processing skills; proficient with NumPy and Pandas for high-performance data cleaning and statistical analysis.
- Solid algorithmic fundamentals, including 3D geometry, linear algebra, graph theory, and probability/statistics.
- Strong engineering implementation skills and code quality awareness; experience delivering modular, reusable, and testable software.
- Prior experience in the medical industry and familiarity with QMS is a plus.
