Job Description: The
Business Development Manager – MSP/SP (Managed Service Providers/Service Providers) for TD SYNNEX’s Caribbean & Central America (CCA) Organization plays a pivotal role in driving business growth with Managed Service Providers and Service Providers. Acting as a subject matter expert in assigned product lines and technology solutions, this role focuses on identifying new opportunities, expanding market presence, and strengthening strategic customer relationships.
You will be responsible for executing growth plans, delivering value-added solutions, and enabling customers through training, seminars, and resource awareness initiatives. By leveraging deep product knowledge and market insights, you will help customers unlock business results while aligning with TD SYNNEX’s mission: “Let’s Achieve Great Outcomes.”
This position requires a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with proven sales experience, a strong understanding of service provider markets, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
You will represent TD SYNNEX in all customer interactions, ensuring our solutions meet client needs and contribute to the success of the organization.
What You’ll Do: - Subject matter expert (SME) for brand product, technology solutions and/or offerings for assigned customers.
- Responsible for the execution of the strategic customer growth plans and business relationships in assigned account(s) by providing value added solutions. Identifies and creates opportunity demand for products, coordinating the supporting seminars, training, and resource awareness to assigned customers that drives growth plan success in the targeted accounts.
- Performs analysis and reports results of various program impact for identified customer(s) notifying the AM of success, issues, and future growth plan strategies.
- Maintains and drives trending knowledge of products, competitors, technology, and customers in the assigned supplier product market Identifies and maintains field supplier relationships.
- Performs other additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For: - High School Diploma required.
- College's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
- 3+ Years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in English/Spanish (level B2 or higher) required.
- Full knowledge of assigned product / service line.
- Service Provider Sales experience.
- Gaining understanding of organization's entire product / service line.
- Works on small to mid-size accounts of moderate complexity.
- Works with some supervision.
- Performs and perfects sales and service tasks and procedures under self-direction.
- Builds relationships directly with customers to broaden customer base and increase sales.
- Actions impact the success of the entire work group.
- Failure to accomplish goals or meet customer expectations will result in failure of work group to meet goals.
Other Education/Certifications: - 3+ years’ experience in Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing desired.
Working Conditions: - Professional environment (Hybrid).
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
