Job Description:
1. As the system owner of Automation discipline such as EMS/ BMS/ PMS and other automation controls of facility system, take responsibilities for all automation control related system operation, maintenance, trouble shooting, CSV etc. And well understand the requirement from end users/co-works to deliver excellent results accordingly.
2. Provide professional opinions and solutions on spare parts requirement and maintenance plan. Lead on-job training for skilled workers and technicians and provide technical supports in repair activities.
3. Fully support all sites' ISO and compliance audits regarding to facility operations.
4. Lead the review/update of all facility related SOPs and ensure all planned and unplanned maintenance for facility/equipment on track.
5. Fully support any in-scope renovation/innovative/improvement projects in JNJ Suzhou plants.
6. Effectively manage all critical environment, make sure that all procedures, processes, and JNJ internal customer requirements are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Manage contractors to ensure that Planned Preventive Maintenance had been carried out in accordance to specifications, local codes, safe practices and completion timeline.
8. Ensure the implementation and management of Risk & Safety work practices to reduce the interruption to Philips' operations.
9. Coordinate with building operation teams in setting up and sustaining the best maintenance standards and practices.
10. Manage inspection program for the assigned properties on energy conservation, maintenance practices, utility management and risk management procedures.
11. Ensure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/ Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times.
12. Involve or management assigned facilities project works.
13. Update system drawings and good documentation practice.
14. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.
15. Ensure that service delivery teams and on-site contractors undergo a health and safety Induction prior to deployment.
16. Provides technical inputs to the regional engineering & facilities community and EHS professionals on cost effective compliance strategies, emergency preparedness and response, contractor Management.
17. Collaborates with Worldwide Engineering & Technical Operations and sector-based engineering & facilities organizations to incorporate safety engineering into development of standardized design platforms. In addition, incorporates contractor safety principles into construction projects and management of facilities.
18. Participates in accident and incident investigations to assure accurate and thorough identification of root causes with documentation.
