- Use data and insight to inform decisions and anticipate risks
- Support meaningful change focused on real adoption and outcomes
- Build clear, high-impact narratives and presentations
- Navigate corporate, policy, and regulatory frameworks with sound judgment
- Orchestrate across HR specialist teams to deliver coherent, business-aligned solutions
What We're Looking For: - HR Business Partner experience in a corporate / multinational environment
- Strong business and financial awareness; comfortable discussing impact, trade-offs, and ROI
- Ability to think in terms of organizational capability and future readiness
- Data-informed mindset with strong critical thinking and judgment
- Ability to influence and build trust in complex, matrixed environments
- Comfort navigating policy and regulatory frameworks
- Clear communicator, structured thinker, self-driven, and ownership-oriented
- Fluent English
