You will play a key role in opening execution, team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.We are looking for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong teams, and understands both service excellence and business performance.Key Responsibilities• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth execution from open to close • Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing service team • Establish operational systems and service standards from launch • Maintain exceptional food quality, service, cleanliness, and ambiance • Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement processes • Drive guest satisfaction and respond proactively to feedback • Oversee reservations, seating flow, and capacity optimization • Partner with culinary leadership on menu rollouts and seasonal updates • Monitor labor, sales, and operational performance to support profitability • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation compliance at all times • Execute promotional initiatives to generate early traction and repeat business • Lead team meetings and foster a positive, collaborative workplace cultureWhat You Bring• 2–5+ years in a Restaurant Manager or strong AGM role • Experience opening or supporting new restaurant launches preferred • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, service-first mentality • Proven ability to manage labor, inventory, and cost controls • Financial acumen with understanding of P&L impact • High-level guest engagement and conflict resolution skills • Knowledge of POS, reservations systems, scheduling, and reporting tools • Comfort operating in a startup-style environment with evolving processes • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysCompensation & Benefits• $70,000 – $85,000 base salary (based on experience) • Full-time leadership role • Opportunity to help build a concept from the ground up • Located in the Aspen hospitality market with strong growth potential
