Job Summary
The
STEPS Office Assistant will assist in the daily operations of the Employee Relations office. The Employee Relations office:
- Consults with employees, managers and administrattors on workplace issues
- Provide consultative and coaching resources
- Policy interpretation
- HR best practices
- Investigative analysis
- And more!
Responsibilities of this position may include:- Greeting vistors
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Managing calendars
- Filing and data entry

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
All basic computer (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), ability to learn SAP, and possibly some 3rd party systems as well.
Customer service skills.
A strong understanding of highly confidential data and HIPAA compliance.
