Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembler
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00
Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
What's the Job?
Build products according to customer specifications by following blueprints and instructions
Develop and follow detailed assembly plans based on provided specifications
Utilize experience to make informed decisions during assembly processes
Ensure all work adheres to quality, safety, and performance standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow and resolve challenges
What's Needed?
1- 3 years of relevant assembly experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing work requirements
Solid foundation in assembly practices developed through prior experience
