We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Work Order Process Supervisor ALD based in Maumelle, Arkansas.
POSITION SUMMARY
This supervisory role is responsible for training and overseeing Work Order Specialists as part of Summit's Advanced Leak Detection Program. The position ensures efficient dispatch of Leak Investigation Survey Areas (LISAs) from the PCubed Picarro software into the SAP work order system. The Supervisor will drive process improvements, support system integration, and ensure effective communication between field and office teams.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Train and mentor Work Order Specialists on LISA dispatch protocols.Oversee daily workflows to ensure timely and accurate work order creation in SAP.Troubleshoot issues with PCubed/Picarro and SAP interface.Develop SOPs and process improvements to streamline dispatch operations.Serve as point of contact between Advanced Leak Detection and IT/Field Operations.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Experience: Prior supervisory experience and familiarity with SAP or similar work order systems; knowledge of leak detection processes preferred.
