Talent Management Solutions ArchitectThe position is located in the Chantilly, VA area. Consideration will be given to remote employment.
The Talent Management Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and delivering assessment and related technology solutions that support talent management operations by translating business and human capital needs into scalable, secure, and integrated solutions and systems. This role will partner with partners with HR and L&D leaders, business stakeholders, and IT teams to architect end-to-end solutions across products and HCM platforms, define system integrations and data flows, and guide implementation to ensure solutions improve processes such as recruiting, talent management, learning and development, leadership identification, workforce analytics while aligning with overall business strategy and compliance requirements.

Success will be dependent on collaboration with sales teams and close working relationships with the customer to cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships that will enable growth and expansion of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with HR and L&D leaders and business stakeholders to understand talent management needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
- Design end-to-end talent management solutions across products and HCM platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business strategy.
- Develop solution blueprints and technical documentation.
- Lead solution design for initiatives such as talent management, learning and development, leadership identification, workforce analytics.
- Evaluate, select, and recommend tools and technologies.
- Oversee and guide implementation teams, system integrators, and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimization of systems.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including federal agencies, large corporations, and other organizations in need of talent management solutions.
- Maintain a robust network of internal and industry contacts and strategic partners.
- Support internal sales and solutioning teams.
- Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to PDRI's goals, focusing on expanding into new markets and sectors.
- Lead the creation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Lead and/or provide input on projects leveraging expertise in organizational psychology.
Qualifications:Experience: 10+ years in developing and implementing assessment solutions that span the talent management lifecycle, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
Education: PhD in Industrial / Organizational Psychology or a closely related field required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and business analytics tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
