We're looking for a strong field leader to take ownership of our Maintenance, Turf & Irrigation operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for daily crew performance, efficiency, and accountability across multiple teams. About the Role You'll be leading our field operations day-to-day: • Managing multiple maintenance, turf, and irrigation crews • Driving productivity and reducing wasted time in the field • Setting clear expectations and holding crews accountable • Hiring, training, and developing crew leaders • Ensuring consistent, high-quality work across all sites What We're Looking For • Experience leading landscape or similar field crews • Strong leadership presence - your team respects and responds to you • Organized, dependable, and able to make decisions in the field • Someone who values efficiency and takes pride in running a tight operation
