Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Real Estate / Property Management)

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the recruiter will manage full?cycle talent acquisition across multiple departments and locations. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing requisitions, and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident in representing the company’s culture and values to prospective talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full?cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization
Source candidates through ATS, job boards, networking, and community outreach
Open/close requisitions, prepare offer letters, maintain candidate notes, and ensure proper applicant disposition
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and criteria
Execute the offer process, including salary recommendations and start?date coordination
Maintain recruiting metrics, reports, and documentation
Support recruiting SOPs and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Represent the organization at hiring events, career fairs, and community engagements
Promote the company’s employer brand and culture
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure ongoing engagement
Assist with onboarding and HR support during acquisitions or new property transitions
Suggest process improvements to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness
Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting experience in a high?volume or fast?paced environment
Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels
Highly organized, detail?oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new HR technologies
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Positive, professional demeanor—even under pressure
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Ability to travel periodically, including occasional overnight travel
Working Conditions
Ability to lift 10–15 lbs (e.g., recruiting materials, laptop)
Ability to stand for extended periods during events or site visits
Comfortable working in both office and field environments, including active property or construction sites
