I'm partnering on a confidential search for a high-growth, PE/VC-backed B2B SaaS company approaching ~$50M ARR and scaling aggressively toward $100M+.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a true ownership role and build the FP&A infrastructure of a business growing. The company is lean, highly analytical, and deeply execution-focused. They are looking for someone who can operate as a true business partner to the CEO and leadership team, not just report numbers, but influence strategic decisions.

? Own FP&A end-to-end across forecasting, long-range planning, board reporting, and strategic finance
? Board-facing role with significant visibility and influence from day one
? Lead the evolution of systems, automation, KPI infrastructure, and planning processes
? Partner closely with GTM leadership on pipeline analytics, territory planning, and growth strategy

Ideal background:
? Investment Banking foundation + exceptional modeling skills
? B2B Enterprise SaaS experience (must understand long enterprise sales cycles)
