Sales Representative
BAYAM Jewelry is looking for experienced Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
We are looking for motivated, professional, and confident individuals with strong communication and sales skills who understand luxury customer experience and know how to build long-term relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Assist customers through phone calls, emails, live chat, social media, and showroom appointmentsSell luxury watches and jewelry to customers online and in personBuild strong relationships with new and existing customersHelp customers choose products based on their needs and preferencesFollow up with leads and maintain customer communicationMaintain product knowledge on watches, jewelry, and new arrivalsProvide a high-end luxury customer experience at all timesWork closely with the customer service and shipping teamsRequirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience requiredStrong communication and negotiation skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeSelf-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience in luxury watches, jewelry, or high-end retail is requiredExperience with Shopify, CRM systems, or customer communication platforms is a plusCompensation & Benefits
