Technical Business Analyst (Mid-Level)
Onsite Monday - Wednesday Milwaukee, WI (Downtown)

We're seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support risk management initiatives focused on the archival, monitoring, and compliance of enterprise communications, including email, Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
- Partner with stakeholders across business, compliance, legal, and technology teams
- Participate across the full SDLC within an Agile environment
- Support engineers and QA teams through delivery, including SIT/UAT, defect triage, and release activities
- Contribute to risk and compliance efforts, including documentation and controls support
- Coordinate with vendors and support system integrations
Must-Have Experience
- Strong experience with requirements elicitation, validation, and documentation
- Proven stakeholder management across enterprise business units
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and across the full SDLC
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience supporting developers and QA teams throughout delivery
- Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and SQL
- Exposure to Java or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Experience working with external vendors and integrations
- Background in risk management or regulated environments
- Exposure to audit or compliance-related processes
- Enterprise communications archiving across tools such as email, Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration platforms
