Job Description Operate forklifts including sit-down, stand-up, reach, cherry picker, turret, and EPJ equipment Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers using appropriate equipmen Transport goods between storage areas, production lines, and shipping zones Stack and organize pallets safely at various heights Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper working condition Follow all safety procedures and workplace regulations Secure loads to prevent damage during transport Track and record inventory using scanners or logs Assist with picking, packing, and staging orders Job Requirements
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
- High school diploma or equivalent (often preferred)
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or similar setting
- Knowledge of forklift safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Ability to lift heavy items (typically 40-50 lbs or more)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and operate equipment for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed
- Good communication and teamwork skills
