HR Support Representative IV
Location: Tualatin, OR
Pay Rate: $55.92/hour
Schedule: Virtual Flex Schedule – Tuesdays and Thursdays required onsite (with some flexibility)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Support Representative IV to join a global HR transformation initiative supporting both global design and regional execution activities. This role will provide operational and project coordination support across key HR Service Delivery workstreams including Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Document Management.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing HR documentation, trackers, testing support activities, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced environment. This position works closely with Global Functional Leads, Regional Leaders, and HR Services leadership to support readiness and successful project execution leading up to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Team Support
- Support global functional workstreams including Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Document Management
- Maintain project documentation, design materials, and functional deliverables
- Ensure documents are properly versioned, organized, and maintained within SharePoint
- Research and support requirements related to knowledge management, document structures, retention rules, and regional vs. global processes
Knowledge Management Support
- Format, organize, and review HR knowledge articles
- Ensure knowledge content follows standard templates, naming conventions, and structure
- Support bulk updates and content cleanup activities
- Track article readiness for testing and go-live milestones
Document Management Support
- Support organization and maintenance of HR service delivery documentation
- Ensure proper storage, categorization, and document naming consistency
- Assist with tracking document readiness for migration into ServiceNow
- Maintain alignment between SharePoint content and HRSD processes
Case Management Support
- Assist with organizing case management requirements, workflows, and routing logic
- Support development of testing scenarios and case examples
- Identify and document process gaps, issues, and testing feedback
Testing & UAT Support
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities including:
- Test case formatting and organization
- Test data tracking and coordination
- Track testing progress, defects, and action items
- Assist with documentation updates and cleanup following test cycles
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain trackers for requirements, decisions, testing progress, defects, and knowledge readiness
- Provide status updates and reporting summaries to support team visibility
- Follow up on deliverables, timelines, and outstanding action items across teams
- Support coordination between global and regional stakeholders
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in:
- HR support
- Shared services
- Project coordination
- Operations support
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Experience supporting HR operations or HR shared services environments
- Understanding of knowledge management and documentation standards
- Exposure to testing coordination or HR systems implementations

- Comfortable supporting repetitive and detail-heavy tasks with accuracy
