They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

Qualifications
Designing, coding, and deploying scalable web applications from conception to final product. Front-End Engineering: Creating responsive, high-performance user interfaces and interactive visual elements. Back-End Engineering: Building robust server-side logic, business rules, and RESTful APIs to power the application. Database Management: Designing schemas, writing complex SQL queries, and managing data persistence using tools like Entity Framework.
