Role: Human Resources Specialist
Location: Berkeley, MO / Hazelwood, MO
Type: Contract
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Pay Rate: $38/hr- $40/hr on W2
Position Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and appropriately responds to basic and moderately complex customer requests using ServiceNow, Workday, and PeopleSoft Payroll (HRMS)
- Work closely with Employee Relations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Compensation to ensure consistent interpretation and application of CBA terms.
- Interfaces directly with customers via electronic, written or verbal communication to respond to HR data inquires
- Leverages knowledge of Workday business processes, business acumen and critical thinking to perform daily work
- Interprets and explains HR business processes, policies and procedures to customer inquiries
- Supports flexible hours in order to satisfy customer needs when necessary
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Workday Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
