Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top creative talent through a variety of channels, including cold calling, job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
- Evaluate and interview candidates via phone, video, and in person to assess experience, skills, career goals, and compensation expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified marketing and creative professionals for current and future client needs.
- Match candidates to open roles by identifying talent that aligns with client requirements and business objectives.
- Manage the placement process and maintain ongoing communication with professionals on assignment to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving candidate or client issues quickly and effectively.
- Generate leads and market intelligence to support new business development and strengthen client partnerships.
- Cultivate long-term candidate relationships to stay informed on industry trends, referrals, and new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed weekly performance and business development goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing, creative, or related field preferred.
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in recruiting, with confidence in relationship-building, negotiation, and closing.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work with urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success and a competitive, self-motivated approach to achieving goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
