Crown Staffing is now hiring full-time General Warehouse and Forklift positions in Washington, MO!
Available Shifts & Pay:
- Monday-Thursday | 3:45pm - 2:15am | $20/hr (General Warehouse & Forklift)
- Monday-Friday | 6:00am - 2:30pm | $18.50/hr (Forklift)
- Monday-Friday | 5:00am - 3:30pm | $18.50/hr (General Warehouse)
General Warehouse Position: Packs customer orders using various methods such as palletizing, shrink wrapping, small box packing, stuffing, and closing, ensuring labeling is accurately applied per standards. Forklift Position: Unloads overseas and trucked-in containers, reconciles vendor packing lists, and utilizes WMS structure sheets to palletize correctly for storage. Includes operating industrial lifts up to 25 feet in the air with a 5-point harness. Primary Duties & Responsibilities (All Roles):
- Preparing, packing, and/or transporting customer orders for shipment
- Verifying labels and order accuracy
- Accurately picking and completing orders in a timely manner
- Working across departments as needed to meet company goals
- Performing all other duties as assigned by management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as orders, prints, packing lists, and instructions
- Ability to perform basic math calculations (quantities, pallet counts, box counts)
- Ability to write and understand reports (Forklift role)
- Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple variables
