Role Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This on-site role is located in the warehouse of Julie's Park Road Shopping Center- Charlotte, NC . Responsibilities include receiving and organizing incoming shipments, packing and prepping orders for delivery, unloading inventory, and ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate will also operate daily Monday through Friday each week, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Receiving and Unpacking UPS boxes
- Proficiency in Unloading and organizing warehouse inventory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various tasks
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving 30-50 pound heavy boxes
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

What Youll Do:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming stock
- Ensure all products are packaged safely and beautifully
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals
- Perform basic tidying up to keep the warehouse clean and organized
What Were Looking For:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move packages 60 pounds
- Comfort with standing, walking, and repetitive tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or retail experience is a plus
