Pay Range: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour USD
Position Summary:The Product Intelligence Intern will support the Product Line Management team by conducting structured research, analysis, and documentation that informs product strategy, roadmap planning, and go-to-market readiness. This role focuses on gathering and synthesizing market, competitive, and internal insights into clear, actionable artifacts used by product leadership.
The intern does not own product decisions or customer commitments, but instead enables senior product leaders by maintaining the foundational intelligence and knowledge required for effective decision-making.
Responsibilities:- Conduct market and competitive research, including tracking product capabilities, positioning, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain competitive comparison matrices and summary briefs
- Support product documentation efforts, including product overviews, feature catalogs, and internal reference materials.
- Assist Product Line Managers with roadmap support activities such as dependency tracking, assumptions, and prioritization inputs.
- Aggregate and synthesize feedback from sales, customer support, and other internal stakeholders into actionable insights.
- Support go-to-market readiness by helping prepare internal enablement materials and release summaries.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to Product Line Management leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
Education: - Currently enrolled in Masters with a focus in Business Administration, Product Management, Product Strategy, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or relevant degree program.
The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
