Job Purpose: To provide effective support and development for all TD SYNNEX Core Business Systems, demonstrating excellent communication and complex problem solving skills in a highly pressured Support Team.
Responsibilities: - Provide quick and effective day to day support for all Core Business Systems ensuring ownership through to resolution;
- Assist in the development and implementation of system enhancements via regular application upgrades or specific projects identified by the business leads;
- Key player in the On/Off Boarding Process for the country, insuring alignment to the SOX Compliances;
- Develop local scripts via our ERP2 System, assisting the Business in reducing workload and improving work efficiency;
- Delivery of high quality training to TD SYNNEX on all Core Business System including Sales and SOE academy, Sap and Horizon Induction, plus 1-2-1 sessions, all to be delivered via WebEx, face to face or classroom style;
- Ensure all documentation for Business Services is reviewed and kept up to date to reflect current processes;
- Support Customer Integration testing, implementation and post go-live support and issue resolution;
- Customer Support on Technical Queries with our InTouch Systems and it’s dependencies;
- Primary contact for the countries Request Manager Tool, including development, enhancements and day to day support for all country sites.

- Good Administrative and Time Keeping Skills;
- Self-Motivator who can work effective under pressure;
- Knowledge of the following systems is desirable; SAP R/3, Business Warehouse (BW), ERP2, Compass (CRM), Request Manager, Horizon, InTouch, XML and QMT - Although training where required will be given;
- Educated to a university level or 2 years relevant experience in a Business Support Style Role.
