Job Purpose The Credit Support Analyst plays a key role within the TD SYNNEX Capital team in Europe, supporting credit decision processes and maintaining the accuracy of critical reporting activities.
You will be responsible for preparing and improving credit and KPI reporting, performing credit analysis on low risk accounts, and supporting local credit teams with operational requests such as global account creation, payment terms, and credit review processes.
This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail oriented , and comfortable working independently within European business hours while collaborating with teams across multiple regions.
Responsibilities Core Responsibilities - Execute and maintain reporting for the credit team, ensuring high data accuracy, quality, and completeness .
- Prepare and complete monthly credit analysis for low risk accounts, including urgent requests from local credit teams.
- Support European credit teams with operational activities.
- Approval of limits within secured buffers
- Payment term evaluations and processing
- Creation and maintenance of global accounts
- Update credit decisions accurately in internal systems to ensure reliable reporting and auditability.
Additional Tasks - Approve limits in internal systems (Intranet, FSCM) and communicate updates to country teams.
- Monitor and follow up on security expirations and compliance requirements across Europe.
- Handle ad hoc account tasks such as sending account statements or supporting business unit managers.
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support tracking activities using Excel and other reporting tools.
What We Are Looking For Experience & Education - 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, credit analysis, leasing, lending , or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting , or a related discipline preferred.
Skills & Competencies - Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and request clarification when needed.
- Clear and effective communication skills .
- Fluency in English required ; Spanish or other European languages are a plus.
- Multicultural mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines comfortably.
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Quick learner with the ability to master new systems and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel , Teams, and Word (intermediate level).
