DescriptionCompensation & Benefits Operations
- Manage the full cycle of C&B operations for HK Office, including monthly payroll calculations, pension contributions, and tax filing.
- Support insurance policy renewal and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
- Assist in the execution of global C&B initiatives and assignments.
HR Budgeting & Merit Process
- Support annual HR budgeting activities, including annual budgeting
- Assist in the coordination and execution of the annual merit process.
- Prepare reporting and analysis to facilitate decision-making.
HR System Maintenance & Enhancement
- Maintain and update both global and local HRIS to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Participate actively in HR system enhancement, testing, and implementation projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve system issues and improve functionality.
HR Ad-hoc Support
- Prepare compensation and benefits analysis, dashboards, and reports as required.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements- University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
- Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and related regulations
- Proactive, flexible and highly self-motivated with position attitude
- Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
- Strong Analytical mindset, proficient in MS Office applications
