Administrative Assistant
This position provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of complex administrative and clerical tasks, including, but not limited to, managing schedules, handling communications, organizing files, preparing reports, and coordinating office functions. The Senior Administrative Assistant works with minimal supervision, exercises sound judgment, and handles sensitive information with discretion. Some additional preferred qualifications consist of being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office equipment, having strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written skills, have the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, demonstrate ability to work independently and part of a team, and have past experience handling confidential information with integrity.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelor's degree is Preferred.
