This position is located on-site in Ripon, WI.
Standard Work Hours:Friday - Sunday 4pm - 4am
CompensationHourly Rate: $35.38 - $38.18 plus a $6.50 shift differential, commensurate with experience and qualifications

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:- Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications
- Troubleshoot and service motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment
- Perform welding as needed to support maintenance and repair activities
- Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime
- Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment
QualificationsWhat You Need To Succeed:- Preferred Two-year Associate degree and 5+ years' work experience required.
- Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS
