Our Wisconsin client is seeking 1st and 2nd-shift Production Supervisors to join their team. With roots tracing back over a century, the business has grown into a market leader with a strong international footprint, serving customers in more than 100-140 countries through an extensive distributor network. Its portfolio includes several well-known equipment brands and spans both large-scale commercial systems and premium residential machines built to commercial-grade durability standards. The Production Supervisor will coordinate day-to-day activities to meet production requirements and support the team's success.

- 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
- Monday - Friday
What You Will Do:
- Model respect for every team member in all interactions, discussions, and decisions
- Cultivate an environment that empowers the team and supports continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, delivery, and quality
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to foster team member skills and eliminate waste to enhance lean operations
- Mentor and train team leaders, ensuring they are properly trained within 12 months
- Ensure team members receive proper training from their team leader or designated trainer in safety, equipment operation, quality, and 5S
- Maintain uptodate training matrix entries for all team members
- Develop annual goals and objectives to guide successful achievement of operating metrics
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations concerns
- Communicate with union stewards regarding discipline and contract issues
- Complete other duties as needed
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- 1-3+ years of supervisory experience within a fast-paced, medium-to-high volume manufacturing setting (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, or Business (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Relevant professional, co-op, or internship experience will be considered
