The Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with clients, architects, subcontractors and field teams.
Projects typically range from $10M–$75M+ across a variety of sectors, including:
- Commercial

- Multifamily

- Mixed-use
- Light industrial
The position is based in Chicago, with projects concentrated throughout the city and surrounding suburbs. There is no road-warrior travel expectation, and the company offers the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Compensation & Benefits
- $125,000–$155,000 base salary

What They Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience with a General Contractor
- Experience managing ground-up or large-scale renovation projects
- Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts and subcontractor management
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients and project teams
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam or similar construction management software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field preferred
