Qualifications: - Minimum of six (6) months of housekeeping or cleaning role experience is preferred.
- Excellent guest service and hospitality skills are required.
- Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments as required.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders and guests required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize all assigned rooms with proper chemical and cleaning methods within shift time requirements, passing inspections, making beds, cleaning floors, bathrooms, shower walls, tubs, doors, toilets, windows, emptying trash cans, glasses and cleaning or dusting all surfaces and performs a visual inspection before leaving rooms.
- Uses proper chemicals when cleaning as described by the department procedures and safety regulations.
- Perform all job responsibilities safely using personal protective equipment and within range of motion with appropriate tools.
- Replaces all amenities and linens according to Loews standards.
- Maneuver housekeeping carts with supplies, amenities, clean linen, and keep housekeeping carts clean and organized.
- Operate a Smartphone device to access guest room assignments and report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair by submitting work orders.
- Other duties as assigned.
