Qualifications: - Minimum of six (6) months of experience in housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred.
- Excellent guest service and hospitality skills are required.
- Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments as required.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to the Room Attendants by removing dirty linens, trash and recycle from housekeeping carts. Bring trash to compactor at the end of the day.
- Ensure excellent condition of equipment, and maintain clean, organized and stocked storage rooms with cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest areas and elevators, ice and vending machine, stairwells, community laundry rooms, vacuuming guest hallways daily and complete special projects as assigned.
- Operate a Smartphone device to access assignments and submit, respond, follow and close work orders assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
