What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer service requests, troubleshooting installation issues and coordinating solutions.
- Prepare service and parts quotations and oversee service jobs from initial request through completion.
- Schedule and coordinate field technician needs while maintaining strong communication with customers.
- Manage equipment installation projects, ensuring labor, equipment, tools, and documentation are prepared and delivered on schedule.
- Develop and maintain technical manuals, documentation, and organized record-keeping systems.
- Ensure accurate project documentation, service records, and customer invoicing support.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment and support the upkeep of shop equipment.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and overall service operations.
What You'll Bring:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
